Please note that guests have to pick up the keys at the agence, located 10 avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 75008 Paris. You must contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival to receive information about check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation, and this service is available 24 hours every day.
If you reserve 24 hours before arrival, you are kindly requested to collect your keys and pay the reservation before 18:00 at the agency.
Please note that the agency will request a photocopy of a photo identification and of the credit card used for booking. They have to be sent at last at 18:00 on the arrival day.
Should you arrive after midnight or on a weekend day, please come to the Bridgestreet office and call the hotline for instructions to enter the building and access the safety deposit box located on the right in which you may find the key and access instructions to your accommodation.
Guests staying for a minimum of 6 nights benefit from a free weekly cleaning service. Additional cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
Please note that the agency is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
